Practice areas

We handle claims arising out of motor vehicle accidents such as car accidents, motorcycle accident, truck accidents and school bus-related accidents. We also handle Slip and Falls, Dog Bites and premises liability.

Unfortunately, you are likely to be involved in at least one auto accident during your lifetime and you should know what to do to protect yourself and your legal rights.

The following are the first steps you should take after an auto accident:

  1. Call the police and do not leave the scene until the police arrive
  2. If there is an injury, seek medical help immediately
  3. Gather all the information you can regarding the other driver such as: Name, address, phone, drivers license, license plate and insurance company name and policy number.
  4. If there are witnesses get their name, address and phone numbers
  5. Report the accident to your Auto Insurance Carrier as soon as possible regardless of who is at fault.
  6. If you are given a traffic ticket, be sure to contact your attorney before you pay any fine or appear in court.
  7. Before admitting guilt or any direct responsibility for the accident and any resulting injuries, including your own, you should seek your attorney's advice.

We understand that after a serious accident you don't want to encounter the strain of making important decisions alone, we will assist you every way we can to be sure your rights are protected.

Our consultation is free of charge, and if we do accept your case, you will not pay any fees and costs unless there is a recovery.

If you or a loved one has been involved in an accident, our firm can help.
